Mixed Feelings About Recent Experience:As a longtime supporter of Choice Juicery, I appreciated their focus on quality and sustainability. However, a recent interaction left me feeling my perspective wasn't valued.During COVID, the bottle redemption program (empty bottles can be returned for $1 each) was halted for obvious reasons however the workers kept saying the program will resume at some point when the pandemic eases so I kept buying, assuming I could redeem my bottles for $1 as promised. After 2 years of halting, I’ve accumulated 60+ bottles, finally when Choice brought back the program they introduced a design change for the bottle and did not accept the old bottles which made me felt a bit left behind. And MANY of my friends were frustrated because of the same reason.Good communication matters:I shared my concern with the owner via long series of emails, but it wasn't acknowledged in a way that made me feel heard. This experience changed how I see Choice Juicery's customer service.Though I might not continue as a customer, I hope this feedback helps them understand the importance of listening to their customers.

They have great smoothies! Taste homemade. I love the chocolate superhero, if I lived here I'd make this a regular stop.

Avatar and PBJ were both very good smoothies. Only one person working on a busy Saturday. Not her fault without help, but it was extremely slow.

All the salads here are to go- nothing is made fresh on the spot. I purchased the Caesar salad but it didn't have enough dressing. The dressing came in a small plastic container. Oddly, I found the dressing to be a solid rather than liquid. They don't give you any more dressing at the counter. All they could offer me was lemon juice with oil. I had to choose raw kale or sour lemon dressing. Unfortunately I tried the lemon ....which ruined my salad, it was inedible. The workers didn't offer any solution to my ruined lunch.

So tasty! So many choices that all sounded amazing. We ended up getting avocado toast (house made bread that is super nutritious) a few smoothies and loved everything.
