Chick-fil-a - San Diego

I've never received a free ice cream cone at Chick-fil-A before, but I guess there's a first time for everything. Thank you, Chick-fil-A!

At the drive-thru, they should repeat the order back to you. I had to drive back to get the other half of my order after I got home because they only charged me for part of it. When I returned, I mentioned the issue, and they charged me for the rest. It’s frustrating to make two trips when a simple order repetition could have prevented it.

I really love Chick-fil-A! However, during my last visit, they forgot to include one of my chicken sandwiches when I went through the drive-thru. Despite that, I still rated them 5 stars because the quality of the food is excellent.

This restaurant consistently delivers excellent service and the staff is remarkably polite. It's hard to believe that they don't receive tips for their hard work, especially when so many other restaurants struggle to provide the same level of service, even with a dedicated waitstaff. I do feel for the workers, though, as they have to deal with the exhaust fumes in that environment. It seems a bit contradictory for these busy establishments to promote themselves as healthier options for customers while not ensuring a healthier workplace for their employees.

Great service, great employees. This place knows how business is done.
