Contribuiți la feedbackStale chips and bad customer service experience. 1. I asked the cashier when their chips were made because I wanted the freshest one. She replied telling me they were ?made fresh daily? multiple times. I tried the chips, they were going stale andhad no salt or lime taste. 2. The cashier also blamed me for scanning my rewards app too late and indicated it was my fault fornot doing so before she ran the transaction, otherwise she has to run it again. It?s not a great system so why are you blamingthe customers for it? Also you all are moving through customers so fast and transactions but apparently we want to start blamingthe customers for not scanning our rewards app as fast as you enter in the transaction. Don?t be surprised if chipotle isn?t asgood as you remember it. This particular location definitely isn?t as good.
Good portions, everything seemed fresh. Got a pick-up order and everything was assembled better than most chipotle locations.
I came to this same chipotle last year and was charged for every single things that used to be included otherwise, quantity was so little and as we sat down to eat few of employees friends showed up and oh boy you should have seen their bowls. Loaded up oneverything it almost made me believe they give customers less quantity and charge them but when friends show up no charge andloaded up food is ready for them. And here we are today, we ordered kids tacos and apparently was not told that cheese I havebuy extra. Despite my disappointment they had no concept of customer service. It is not about money it is about the bad customerservice and entitlement of screwing customers. We all work hard we don?t have money that can be thrown Away and not get what wepay for. I have been to many chipotle locations this locations is exceptionally the badly operated location
I was the fifth person to order first thing in the morning the lady asked what would I like I preceded to order asked for my veggies only on half she did that then she added my beans and put them on one side I kindly asked can you put them across theentire bottom she says ?oh my god? and rolled her eyes my thought was how rude and to be with an attitude like that first thingin the morning if she don?t like her job maybe she needs a new one. I will never stop here again ????
Ok I get it the fear mongering of a pending recession and supply chain in a dissray but people please. The prices in this national chain have increased but they keep (Rationing) the meats and now the accompanied ingredients as well. I had to ask theserver could you plz add a little more 'Barbacoa ' its Not a Kids Menu. At $11.05 now in San Jose, it was 3 years ago $9.95 then$10.35, then 10.65, $10.85, now $11.05. In 3 months or before the year ends it 'll be $11.35 or more. Plus you 'll see the paperbowl get smaller. Watch.
