I used to like it, but now I don’t like it anymore. It’s expensive and tastes bad •﹏• . Liangpi is so bad now.

I just finished dinner here. As a Shaanxi person, I can say responsibly that none of the whistle noodles, beef noodles, roujiamo, cold skin, and grilled buns here are right in taste or preparation. I came here after reading the 4.3 rating. I was the only one in the family who barely finished my Roujiamo and Liangpi. I really don’t know why the restaurant named Qishan Roujiamo. I even doubt that the restaurant has never Tried northwest style pasta. My one star is purely for the taste of the food. I have eaten in many small restaurants claiming to be Shaanxi style in the United States, and most of them taste close to each other. Only this restaurant is completely irrelevant. Overall, I am very disappointed. Friends who want to eat Shaanxi food should avoid it.

Food is okay,there is one female waitress extremely bad service,she ignore our order request again and again and bad attitude seems like she doesn’t enjoy her work so much,the guy at the front desk is good ,hope this restaurant hire someone more responsible and hospitality.

Their Mao Xue Wang 毛血旺 doesn't have any leaf tripe （牛百叶 毛肚）and not much duck blood either. Very different from the picture they presented.

Food taste is good! But, we have diarrhea after visit. Please use fresh and clean food, and store them in a separate refrigerator not with the beverage. I like the food taste
