I'm only seeing places like this, human, ancient, current. The Lighthouse is one of the last in Italy, with the sweet sarcasm of Carlo Alberto and the incredible mastery of Santina. We stayed here with friends. The place is very rough but very welcoming, you can breathe tradition and experience. Beautiful view of the po, in the middle of nature. The first ones respect the local recipes and are homemade, very tasty but delicious. Like the seconds. The elderly owners are loving and super friendly. A very simple place but those where you feel at home.

Fantastic trattoria of once, great food with traditional mantovana dishes and river fish. Do not expect a luxurious place and impeccable service, but this is the uniqueness of this place. The elderly owners guarantee the respect of tradition in a friendly and informal climate. Good value for money, as in the old and regret osteries outside door.
