Good service, good food, lacking a bit in the atmosphere of the place.

This restaurant has the best kabobs by far! They are always fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor. We enjoy dining in and also use this place for all our catering needs.

The cleanliness is good, receiving a 4 out of 5. Service is usually fantastic, but can sometimes be lacking. The location is not great, only rating a 1 out of 5. In terms of value, prices have gone up and quantities have gone down over the years, but it still earns a 4 out of 5.

I tried their beef koubideh kabab first time, it looks good but little overdone.
