Poppy's Pizza - San Andreas

We were looking for NY style pizza and had heard, through friends, that Poppy 's was worth a visit. They were absolutely correct! The 'Meat Special ' pizza was wonderful. The crust was tender, light, and flavorful, and the sauce, oh, so slightly sweet with an herbal backbone. The service was great and we had a nice conversation with one of the owners, who both hail from New Jersey. The atmosphere is casual, typical of NY pizzerias, although larger than any pizzeria I have visited in New York City. An added plus is that Poppy 's delivers, to your door, within a five mile radius! We will be back, for sure!

The pizza, cannoli, calzone, and cheesecake are amazing and it is all made in house and fresh. Nothing is pre-made. The service is friendly and attentive as well.

Yum! The pizza is divine, and the cannoli are fantastic! Great crust, flavorful sauce and good quality toppings on the pizza. Cannoli are made fresh with a crispy shell and lovely filling.

Pizza is good the Stromboli are to die for. Best in town! Sweet mom and pop owners too.

Once this place opened by my house, we had to try it. Great people and amazing food, I love the pizza and fettuccine alfredo.
