China Spring - SALUDA

Since moving to the area, I've discovered this great spot for authentic Chinese cuisine. I can't wait to come back! Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.

The family that owns this little restaurant is absolutely amazing! Our family gets take-out from China Spring frequently, and we're never disappointed. I highly recommend giving them a try if you're in the mood for some fast Chinese food. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

I highly recommend trying the following dishes: Beef with Green Pepper and Onion, Beef with String Beans, Combination Chow Mein or Chop Suey, Shrimp with Broccoli, Steamed Mixed Vegetables, Steamed Tofu with Mixed Vegetables, Mongolian Pork, and Chicken with Pork and Vegetables.

I honestly don’t understand why the reviews are so low. The owners have always been very friendly, and in my opinion, they offer the best vegetarian dishes in the area. I often order the General Tso's bean curd, and while I wouldn't mind a bit more broccoli in the dinner plates, I don't find it necessary to complain given the generous portions of meat or tofu they provide. This place is always my go-to spot for Chinese food.
