Ruth's Diner - Salt Lake City

Came to ruths for the story! it was a beautiful location in canyon, just a short drive away from salt lake city. we sat on the outside terrace. the terrace is magnificent! full of trees plants separate the tables, and the ambiente was on place. the menu has called a section for our vegan friends it has an article, a nice teriyaki stir fry. I asked for it without mushrooms, but I was informed that it was premixed. I have to be honest, I didn't love this touching frit except to get the mushrooms out, I didn't really enjoy the taste. but it was a nice evening spent on the terrace! and I enjoyed my cup tee.

Eating is fantastic with many vegan options. the ambiente is incomparable. outdoor seating are best! heaters for cool days.

2 vegan options that were less than exciting, burrito or stir fry. the burrito was okay, but nothing to talk. but have options is a beginning

Eating was very good, but the service wasn't so great. it took about 15 minutes until the waiter noticed that we sat, there were only 6 or 7 tables with customers. a manager went twice from us and never asked if we had been waiting. the young man who sat in the reception area knew that we didn't help never buy a word.
