Buffalo Wild Wings - Salt Lake City

Got the boneless wings(on accident)and man they are dry and gross

Was waiting 15 minutes for seating just to be told that they’re closing and couldnt seat us. Every single time I’ve gone there through the hours of 9—12 they say that. Idk how ur a Buffalo Wild Wings yet close so early. Ridiculous.

They need to higher more staff. we never had enough water, ranch, and they didn’t get our orders right. If you can find a different location close to you then do it! We waited super long for our food and it came out cold!

Long wait and poor service. Placed online after they opened (11:15am) and was given a ready time of 11:50. Seemed a little long for just 10 wings when they had just opened. Showed up around 11:35 hoping maybe I’d get lucky and they would be done sooner. NOPE. Hadn’t even turned on the fryers so I was just told the ‘cool time’ was white a while. No one else in the lobby and certainly no long line of orders. Service has declined at this location big time.

Pretty good location, wings were good. Waiter was friendly and attentive. I just don't know why you incorporated that pay and order with a QR code. If that's the only way to order and pay, I would totally pass going there. Everything else was good.
