I looked at reviews the day of our reservations and seen that several reviews mentioned bad service and people walking out because their food didn’t arrive after 1 1/2 hours so they walked out. I should’ve trusted the reviews because the waiter said we should place our dinner selection at the the time we placed our starter selection as it could take along time we did and everything came at one, our cocktail, started, sales, and main course. It will be awhile before we return. Very bad experience.
Very very slow service. Took almost 50 minutes to get our food. The waiter was nice but said they were short staffed in the kitchen. This is the second time this has happened to us. We always go to Brio before we see a show at Eccles but we won’t be back now.
This is the restaurant we consistently choose to complement our evenings at the theater. I have never had a negative experience that was not properly addressed and overly compensated. Today’s experience was an exception to that consistency. Our server Elizabeth (at 1:53 PM table 12.  SEQ 048776) did everything she could to make up for the incompetency of the management team, but the damage had already been done. The summer specials advertised on each table were missing vital ingredients, and two of the meals being ordered were from this specialty menu. When asked what compensation could be made for the negligence of the missing ingredients, management refused to make accommodations for the inconvenience. This altercation put the members of the dining party in a very uncomfortable position which soured the rest of the meal. 
We just love dining at Brio before the theatre! It’s always delicious and such a convenient location
