Blue Marlin - Salt Lake City

We showed up without a reservation at 7:00 on a Saturday night and we’re able to get in easily (which ironically made me worry about the food). It ended up being excellent. Very fresh high quality. There was only one person serving but she managed to stay on top of it. I will go back and completely recommend.

The teriyaki chicken and California rolls were delicious!

Wait staff were excellent, and good value for sushi. Big rolls (with a lot of good quality fish and protein not just a lot of rice) and the appetizers were delicious, especially the agedashi tofu!

Waiters are good. Sushi is good but over severely priced. The 12 dollars for 1 Saparo beer is outrageous

Called in advance to get a reservation. Well accommodated. The server was wonderful and the food was amazing. I've been here a lot and it is my favorite sushi restaurant. Super good, give it a shot.
