Barbacoa Mexican Grill - Salt Lake City

Sweet pork is to die for. Although it's not very consistent. Once in a while it will have a little less flavor. Like they accidentally put too much water or something.

Food was delicious. There’s indoor or outdoor seating.

Great veggie burrito! Amazing value. Huge burrito! Very friendly staff. Tasty and feels healthier than Cafe Rio. Less sodium for sure. I would compare it to Chipotle but for a better price. I got it twice in one week!

While Barbacoa is another in the "fast casual" Mexican restaurants in the Valley, it's one of my favorites.
