You have to get their blueberry pancakes with buttermilk syrup it was delicious and for hospital food. Would definitely recommend!

We love the food in Rainbow cafe, so we stop in any opportunity that we have !

Really can't speak to the quality of the food or even the price because I can't seem to be able to hit the magic minutes where did is served. I missed breakfast at 9:35 (my daughter was taken in late for a c-section). Nothing looked like breakfast. Just got back from trying to get dinner. At 5:25, dinner service was not only over but looked as though it never happened. I asked thinking it would be odd to wait until 6 for dinner but... Nope, at 5:25, service was over. Plan to snack or eat out.

Great food at nice prices, but they should bring back the little fridge that had fry sauce and ranch dressing.

We just ate at the Rainbow Cafe inside Primary Children's Hospital and it was the worst food we've ever had!!!! Awful!!! I got a Burger and Fries, and the Burger tasted strange and awful, like rotted mystery meat, and one bite of the Burger had a hard white chunk that looked like bone when I had to spit it out. The Burger made me sick for the rest of the day and I'm still sick now. I'm going to be suffering for this mistake. I had to throw up after eating that Burger! The employees at the grill cooking don't speak English and they talk to each other and ignore the customers, while the mean Bitchy cashier ignores customers and talks to other employees at the tables where the customers are supposed to be sitting. The table we got was broken and was wobbling. The entire cafeteria obviously has no management and no one taking care of it. Whoever runs the place needs to have one of those Burgers so they can get sick all night. I'm calling the Health Department or some other government agency. DO NOT EAT AT RAINBOW CAFE!!! YOU WILL GET SICK!!!
