Amadeus - Salem

Amadeus is my favorite restaurant in Salem. The dishes and drinks are delicious!

Service was friendly and prompt. Was in town for business and got a table. The Happy Hour was the best that I have experienced in a long time. Food quality was high, value was high, service and cleanliness were outstanding. Will certainly revisit next time in town.

I think the waitress was new. Amadeus is know for its charming and enduring wait staff. She was busy but I would have liked someone more engaging

I was taking my granddaughter with the express purpose of having the crème brûlée cake as dessert. We asked the waitress to save a piece for us but she said that wasn’t necessary. After we had finished our dinner we asked for a piece of the cake and we’re told there was none available. Greatly disappointed we left without the dessert we had been told would be available.

The crispy Brussels sprouts were not crispy at all. They were inflamed, but not fried. I looked like a night. Not sure you're working? We enjoyed the consistency of food there in recent years. We'll be back. But only a Fyi
