99 Restaurants - Salem

Used to be a favorite place to eat but after our latest visit I will never eat there again as got nothing but disrespect from the service. We ask for a high top table which we could see there was one open avalabe and we got there before dinner time and the young man says oh have to see what's up with the waitress as so he asked us wait 10 minutes so we said ok and 10 minutes went by and people come in and he gives that table to those people,,,, so I asked him why did they have reservations he says no they have cash ,,,I said we have cadh too,,they have cash!? I said again!!! I then got upset like any other person would and went back to speak to the supervisor and she was no help only made look like I was the problem, ,,So like any other person now I fell insulted and what is up why and then they made it she supervisor made sound like I was the problem for getting upset so I left . ??? From what looked like the host was picking who would sit that table,,,,,,This not right at all. We are honest towns people 50 pluss years Thanks s for the bad service and upsetting our whole dinner and night out.

Went to your restaurant with family came out dissatisfied cause I order appetizers and dinner and your waiter forgot are appetizers and on top of that took so long with the food Price per person: $50–100 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

My family wanted burgers, so we did a to-go order. We have allergies in our family and I felt super safe here, the allergy was clearly alerted and labeled as free of the allergen. The service/delivery to my car was awesome as well. For three of us to get our burger fix, the bill came to just under $40. And the burgers were cooked exactly how we asked. Highly recommend! Took my son to lunch today at 99 Restaurant , the food was great !!! BUT really made my visit was our server ERIKA PLZ ,she was awsome , so attentive food came out right away , checked in on us ,Erika is a major plus for your restaurant ..
