Bertucci's Italian - Salem

I want to thank Sam, the amazing waitress! She kindly let us in even though they were busy and provided excellent service. The bröt and olive oil appetizer was delicious, and the pizza was amazing. It was a fun experience to sit and enjoy a cold beer with our meal.

The meal was satisfying but the flavors were just average. The service was prompt once we caught the server's attention. Our waiter was decent.

After hearing positive reviews from multiple colleagues and friends, I decided to forgo a busy work night to try out this restaurant. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the lasagna was dry and burnt at the bottom and edges, while the rolls were hard. The overall taste was not up to par. I will not be returning.

I planned this meal for my family to eat on Easter Sunday. ordered a very large catering order, days before the hand, so there would be a lot of time. day and time rolling around to feed my big group, restaurant would not answer any calls, would not come outside to block, they totally fed me and my whole order. I'll never be back. my dinner was ruined and I was completely embarrassed.

The reservation system was not working and there was nothing they could do for us to make it right. We had our 5 year old who was hungry and upset that we couldn’t have dinner there. I won’t be back!!
