Domino's Pizza - Saint Simons Island

Some items were missing from my order, and I didn’t receive a refund. However, the food itself was good.

The manager, Kenyon, is outstanding. He is both friendly and professional. The pizza and garlic knots are truly the best.

Staff named Carla is incredibly rude and hard to deal with. Other staff are amazing but it is very difficult to overcome the approach when entering the store and greeted with such a negative person. I recommend getting pizza from any other place thanhere.

This restaurant's online ordering system is, without a doubt, the worst I've ever encountered. It consistently asks irrelevant questions, and your answers seem to have no impact. I've had to reset my password at least three times, and despite having nine payment methods saved, it wouldn't accept any of my credit cards until I re-entered all my information, which now means I have ten payment methods—four of which are duplicates! The experience is incredibly frustrating, and if I had more options nearby, I would definitely take my business elsewhere. Someone in their IT department really needs to address these issues. I've raised my concerns with the management at the local store before, but it hasn't made any difference. Right now, I'm left wondering if my order will even reach my house.

Manager was very rude over the phone when I called checking in on my order because the app was telling me my order was still in prep 45 mins later. Probably won't order from this domino's ever again. No matter how busy you are you should never be rude toyour customers..
