Shame on me for knowing better. I took my time and thoroughly read through the Google reviews that all indicated how horrible the service was. For some reason I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so I stopped in to grab a bite to eat during non-busy hours and never got served after sitting at our table for 10 minutes. We spotted two young girls with their phone propped against the wall doing a tick tock video dance and that was all I had to see. We got up and left. We LOVED the wings, pizza, chicken Alfredo, salad and bread from Z Loft Bar and Grill!!! The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was great! My favorite hidden gem in the area! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
