Contribuiți la feedbackGood service with a smile, unfortunately that has changed with time. I was a frequent client but as of lately certainly less and less. The breakfast is not available at 1 am, 2am, 11pm because apparently they are cleaning the machine. In all honesty I am very disappointed. I have been in the service/restaurant business over 30yrs and started in fast food. The drive through kids give terrible service, no bonjour, no merci, half the time they don't even look at you. 9 out of 10 times the coffee is luke warm at best. I think the owners need to take a good look at what is going on when they are not there because customer service is suffering and so will business.
Ordered cookies, they told us to pull up and they'd bring it to us . They failed to mention they didn't have any cookies though and would have to make them. So almost 20 minutes later we got the cookies brought out to us.

Coffee is very often cold i go to mcdo to get hot coffee i just don't get it
What one would expect from a McDonald's. Clean and tidy, friendly staff. Nice location for a biker pit stop on a weekend ride!
