Chocolats Favoris - SAINT-NICOLAS

We enjoyed our quick stop here. I ordered the petite, pecan covered soft ice cream $6.78) while hubby ordered small cold mocha $5.59) and it was child sized. My soft served ice cream was good, but not outstanding. Bill, incl tax, but no tip, was $14.10.

I am not an ice cream person but Favoris is so good. I think the regular vanilla in milk chocolate dip is the way to go. Cute place in downtown Levis both times managed to catch the Jazz festival which enhanced the experience immensely.

I am staying in Levis for a couple of days and after long hot day of touring I decided to treat myself to an ice cream. It being after 9pm in sleepy Levis I somehow thought I would find a sleepy little ice cream shop. How wrong I was! There is a big front porch filled with families and friends enjoying their frozen treats. I got a “petit cone” with dark chocolate dip. It was a bit over $5 Canadian and was wonderful. The chocolate dip was very thick the vanilla ice cream perfect. I enjoyed it immensely.

I can not believe how incredible this place was!! The ice cream cones are unbelievable, dipped in the most amazing chocolate and then rolled in different toppings. We had a milk chocolate with brownie, one with hazelnuts, and a white chocolate dipped in Oreos. They all were amazing. We tried another similar ice cream store in Quebec, but the chocolate just couldn’t compare. This is a must if you’re in the area!!

We were pleased with the variety of the chocolate fondues. The maple with the cookie crumbs,chocolate drizzle and maple leaf cookie was our favorite. It was as creamy as fudge. Does any one know why there are no menus printed in English? The photos were helpful.
