White Castle - Saint Louis County

White castle has really gone down hill over the years. The service is slow all the time, the food is always mediocre it's either soggy or dry no in between sometimes half the burger on the bun sometimes sarcasm

Food was fresh, drive through moved swiftly. I was quite impressed!

The fella that took my order was excellent! Amazing. Now it fell apart after that kind of but over all I was kind of proud of these young people. I've been coming to this white castles for 15 years and this was pretty good. They just forgot my ketchup and napkins my food was right and hot though. They gonna get it alllll right one day. But young man was very pleasant not attitude they were fast not hours wait and both lines were open so I was kind of impressed.

Please stop locking the door. I witnessed customers pulling on tge door thinking you're closed. Your food is always hot and fresh. Don't ruin your reputation this way.

Will be good at home, but will give you the bubble guts
