Papa John's Pizza - Saint Louis

Abbie is full of drama and is extremely rude. she will bring her drama to work. her brother also has problems and loves to bump into people I don't think he's a suitable worker in an environment with being customers.

I was initially disappointed with my recent experience, as I've always enjoyed great food and service at this restaurant. I had ordered a pizza, but it arrived incorrectly. I understand that mistakes happen, so I wasn't too worried about it. I called the restaurant and spoke with Hailey, who immediately addressed my concern with genuine care. Her customer service was impressive, and within 12 minutes, my correct pizza was at my door. Both Hailey and the delivery person are rockstars! Because of this experience, I’m now a loyal customer!

Papa John's isn't my favorite pizza place, but it ranks second on my list. My wife loves it, so we order from there quite often. However, the garlic dipping sauce really enhances the experience. While it is a chain restaurant with the usual inconsistencies you find at such places, this particular location is quite beautiful. Overall, I enjoy dining there.

The service was poor, and the pizza was disappointing. Even oily cardboard would have more flavor!
