Mike Duffy's Pub Grill - Saint Louis

We have been dining at this restaurant for 30 years, but after tonight, it may be our last visit. The service we received from our server was very poor, as they forgot to place our order and then did not bring utensils and spices when our food finally arrived. When we voiced our concerns to the manager, they seemed indifferent and did not offer an apology to rectify the situation. It appears that there is a general lack of respect for customers who dine here, and if this is the new standard at Duffy's, we will certainly be exploring other dining options in the area.
