Hot Box Cookies - Saint Louis

Good cookies, and normally I love this place, but I ordered milk with my cookies and while it was listed as not expiring for another month, it tasted kinda funny. Powered through my glass, and there was large chunks at the bottom of the glass. Not sure how it had gone bad, but was grossed out.

I want to share my disappointment and frustration about a recent experience at this restaurant. I visited on July 11 around 9 PM, looking forward to enjoying some freshly baked cookies. Unfortunately, I was told that they were already out of cookies, even though the store was scheduled to close two hours later.

I bought a dozen cookies for 24 bucks and change. Left a 2 dollar tip because all you did was press a couple of buttons, but at least you entertained my kids for a sec. I check my account balance 31.48 withdrawn. That doesn’t seem right. Neglected to get my receipt otherwise I would’ve went back, either way, I got conned money I had no intention of giving.

We used hotbox to cater our wedding and they were awesome! Sometimes it can be intimidating booking a company with multiple locations, but the communication with hotbox was outstanding and they were great! The guests loved the cookies and Jake was really cool to work with.
