Wow! If I couldn't give stars, I would do that! Just leave this facility and order 2 Tripe Combos. Will be home (knowing I should? ve reviewed my food) and the trip was so hard with only literally crust that I was able to crack it in my hand!!! I'll get my money back, the cashier says the cook and he keeps saying? They asked about him crispy so that?s how it is and they expect a lot!? I never remember asking for crispy when trip is cooked properly, it will be crispy of course. So she tells him he has to give me my money out of his pocket, he does it and then gives me the money and says? Thank you? No? I'm sorry! No sympathy, just rude for a business! I left BAD! Many of our black companies need customer service training, it's terrible!

Big Jay has a great experience in food and service. You can't go wrong when everything is prepared while you wait. Everything was hot and delicious. The staff smiled first and asked how my day was. I recommend Big Jay's

Tripe sandwiches are okay, but I get small portions every time I buy something. Today I had the combo and it wasn't much trip on the bread and maybe a handful of fries for 10 dollars.. Still hungry. So I only go 1-2 times a year

Had some really tasty catfish lunch combos. On a whim I added a three piece chicken wing add they were perfect. Crunchy on the outside and so tender on the inside. Sweet and spicy sauce was very nice. Also the lady selling the pickles in the lobby was super nice and pickles and sweet potato pies are killer!
