I liked my Foi Gras but did not like the Caesar salad. I alsodid not like the Poutine I ordered. The lobster on top looked andTasted strange with no flavor at all. The cheese was the only good thing for me on top. When I asked for salt the owner repliedfor your heart and I said no for flavor. My husband liked his food and the ambience was nice with pretty flowers on the porch.
If you have an open budget, and a desire for the ultimate steakhouse, Restaurant Patrick Bernand is a must during your stay in Mont Tremblant. The prices are over the top, but so is the effort and food that go into it.The meat is painstakingly and thoroughly vetted and their grillman is an artist. Patrick, a long time (and suave) European emigre is present and has his eye on everything. He was a partner in nearby Auberge Sauvignon, in its best era and the local cogniescenti quietly agree that this restaurant is the finest in the resort area and could hold its own anywhere on the planet. It has recently added a big outdoor terrace, perfect for large even boisterous groups without disturbing the diners inside. The decor is adequate, dominated at the entrance by the huge grill area. Service is faultless.
I like the residents' Wednesdays a lot, every week we're shaking we're jumping on the occasion! different menus, excellent taste! Thank you.
My wife and son were invited by Embarc to attend dinner at Patrick Bermand . It was a set menu ; included soup, appetizers , main and dessert . Things got off to a great start ( at least for us ) as a lot of people said " no " to the oysters leaving extras for those of us who lap oysters up . Very good . Other appetizers included cold asparagus soup ( good mint flavour ) , duck fois gras and beef tartar ( signature dish of the restaurant ) . All fabulous . The tartar was made right in front of us . Great show . Mains were choice of rack of lamb or Arctic char . Both were top rate . Lamb was so tender. Dessert was a selection of 4 items plus strawberries . Deelish ! Wine pairings were right on. Just a great dinner .
