Le Grill Saint George's - SAINT-JOVITE

My family dined at this restaurant five years ago and thoroughly enjoyed the experience and delicious food. However, during our recent visit, we found that the quality had declined. The wait staff seemed unfamiliar with the menu and our food took a significant amount of time to be served. Although our steaks were cooked to a perfect medium rare, they were tough and gristly. The daily poutine special was disappointing and not worth ordering. The restaurant was incredibly loud, making it difficult to have a conversation without shouting, which possibly influenced other guests to raise their voices as well. We decided to end our meal with the bread pudding and the crème brûlée trio. The bread pudding in a can was exceptionally tasty, although we wished the portion size was larger. Adding a scoop of ice cream definitely enhanced the dessert.

This is my favorite restaurant near Mt Tremblant. It's about a 15-minute drive away. I've dined here twice and have been impressed by the friendly staff, the interesting menu, and the good time we've had. The Duck and Cod dishes are our favorites. Make sure to save room for dessert. A tip - we prefer sitting downstairs.

Overall, this restaurant was fantastic! The service was top-notch, the staff was friendly, and there was a cozy hometown feel. The food was absolutely delicious, with standout dishes like the butternut squash soup, grilled octopus, and scallops. Honestly, everything we tried was amazing. We loved it so much that we ended up going back for a second visit within just a few days. I highly recommend this place!

I am so happy to have taken another chance to travel outside the skiing village for dinner. A few nights earlier we had Italian in this area and I looked on Yelp to see if I could find something different. We decided on this place as it had several great reviews. The reviews were not wrong! We loved it!!! We were a party of 9 and they accommodated us in their upstairs room. It was like we rented our own private area! Besides the food being amazing our server Marie-France went out of her way to make our evening memorable! I will always remember the kindness she shared with our big family. I highly recommend this restaurant. The food, service and ambiance is second to none!

However, of 4 adults orders 3 50$ steaks and 1 half rack of ribs all 3 steaks were over cooked, we ordered medium rare and they were completely grey and cooked through. The blue cheese butter never melted either because the steak was served cold. Everyone ate their steak because they were so expensive. Would never go back. 0/5
