Henry's Hamburgers - Saint Joseph

I pulled over to try Henry's as the restaurant had that old-school burger joint feel to it. Sadly, they were just okay. What I liked about Henry's was the onions on the burger reminded me of those white castle burgers. The service was good and the prices were moderate. All in all, okay experience.

I was at Henry's today. I'm very very old school. I was very disappointed at what I found. I ordered a double hamburger, fries and onion rings. My order came quickly.... But the price for the tiny portions left me cold. $11+ Tiny hamburgers could not be seen outside the bun as in your publicity shot. (maybe they were ashamed and hidin'? Fries were good, but no salt? Onion rings were sparce and again no salt? Burger meat was dry and wayyyyyy overcooked! The thing that really upset my experience was the type employees there. Loud boisterous laughter and the F word coming out of each and everyone's mouth! This is unacceptable. I saw Dave Slavicek comment about great employees. (Burger Beast blog If he thinks they're great? He's crazy! If Dave is winding down into retirement and killing the business at the same time? Keep going...... If you want to keep business going? Expand? Increase portion size by 1/3 and don't increase price.. Fire thug staff. I won't be coming back.
