Fazoli's - Saint Joseph

I believe their breadsticks surpass those of the more expensive competitor in town. The staff is friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We’re planning to bring a group of individuals with special needs there this week, and they are very accommodating to those requirements.

The food was served hot and fresh, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. Although they were understaffed, which resulted in a longer wait time for both ordering and receiving our food, they still took the time to check on us several times and brought us additional breadsticks.

Typically, this restaurant offers excellent service and delicious food. However, during my visit today, which was only 10 minutes after they opened, I left in frustration because no one attended to us. There was a staff member in the lobby, two employees outside smoking, and the manager who briefly greeted us before walking away. My son asked the staff member in the lobby if they were taking orders, and he replied that they were, but they had just opened. The manager then came to the register and started inputting orders while avoiding eye contact. I mentioned to my son, loud enough for them to hear, that we might go somewhere else, yet they still didn’t acknowledge us as we turned to leave. There are plenty of other nearby restaurants that are prepared to serve customers as soon as they open.

We had the genuine pleasure of being served by Clair. She not only showed a fantastic attitude and seemed truly happy to assist us, but she was also very knowledgeable about the menu and eagerly answered all our questions. Excellent job, Clair! We will definitely return.
