Pappys Grill Pub - Saint Joseph

This is a really fun place to stop by. I got there in between breakfast and lunch but they were willing to make any breakfast items I wanted. I was ready for lunch after reading the other reviews. I had the All Mac'd up burger with onion rings. It came out quick and hot. I didn't think the Mac was spicy at all but very cheesy! The jalapeno slices were a perfect addition to the sandwich. Make sure to ask for extra napkins because it's messy, LoL. The onion rings were crispy and perfectly cooked as well. All in all a great place to eat. I can't wait to try more of their menu.

I stopped in for lunch with my wife as we sometimes stop here, but heard it had changed ownership and wanted to know if it was still good. The menu and burgers were pretty much unchanged. The New ownership is intelligent and capable of serving the same or familiar food. Good burgers, I had the "blue moon "burger which is a nice sized burger with blue cheese. Tasty and different. My wife had a tenderloin, her favorite sandwich she said tasted good. I was going to try their meatloaf which was their special, but they were out. I also had french fries which were good, but just french fries. We 'll definitely try them again when we 're in St Joseph as they were good sandwiches, far superior to fast food burgers.

Delicious local dive that has an excellent variety of sandwiches, burgers, and other entrees. Excellent customer service and very quick, even when busy. I had the Zesty Chicken Ranch sandwich and my wife had the Ranch Hand Burger, and we would recommend both. Their steak fries are REALLY good! They’re definitely cut and fried in the restaurant and are the best I’ve had.

To be fair our waitress was new. The decor was very nice. I ordered cod and it was horrible I should have gotten a tenderloin or hamburger.

I've always stayed away from eating here. A friend of mine, and I had breakfast here last week. New owner, it was a great dining experience. A wise woman once told me dining should be an experience and not something that you should just have to do. You all nailed it. Great food, amazing service.
