La Bolee - Saint-Jean-de-Monts

We had lunch here with our two young children. I had the seafood and fish plate (excellent and with Noirmoutier potatoes), my husband the Moule and the children the menu. It was delicious. The service was welcoming, timely and friendly. It was... also very good value, and the rosé and apple wine was excellent and local. Would recommend.

We went in and my 15-year-old grandson said that has a nice ambience He wasn't wrong, the waiter was superb, good attentive service. We ordered a pizza and drink. The pizzas where huge and well presented and tasted wonderful. Overall a... very nice lunch. We're in the area for two weeks, we'll be back for a dinner. Thank you.

After the late arrival in a self-catering apt, the following morning we looked for Brunch about 10:30. We strolled the prom in search of restaurants, some were open, some opening, we stopped asking about breakfast / brunch and the staff could not have been accommodating...and inviting. We are a family of 5, children aged 10,8 5 and the staff has cooked a brunch to anyone's pleasure, of which was not on the menu. Very cheap and the Maitre D had a wonderful conversation with us and the children. Very recommended as a very friendly restaurant with great food. I mentioned that the brunch was also excellent! We ate eggs, bacon, pancakes and fresh warm bread. Coffee was also great. Well done at La Bolee for a young hungry family happy on their last day of holidays!

Les galettes sont très bonnes, bémol : le prix cest vraiment pas donné !! Énormément d'attente, la salle n'est pas très propre le service sans plus je ne pense pas revenir

Nous nous y sommes arrêtés un midi entre 2 plages. L'accueil est bon mais un peu rapide. Tout s'enchaîne un peu vite mais toujours dans la bonne humeur avec une serveuse un peu "rustique". Les plats sont corrects. La pizza aux anchois est bonne avec des filets entiers. Les moules sont plutôt petites mais sans grande saveur. Les crêpes du dessert sont excellentes, l'addition dans la moyenne. En bref, bon restaurant mais qui ne se démarque pas des autres du front de mer du même genre. A essayer sans plus.
