Excellent culinary experience in La Flora, and probably one of the best pizzerias in St-Jean de Monts. The pizza dough is fine and crispy, generous garnish, fresh and quality ingredients (fresh cap, dried tomatoes, and true burrata served whole, though too cold). Salads also well garnished with real ingredients worked (no lettuce abuse or other green leaves). Taste-rich Burgers with thick butcher steak. Nice service and rather fast despite the rush in summer. Consequence: the room can be noisy. Close terrace. Provide 20-25 euros per person. Recommendations (see Photos): Salade Grandioza, Italian Burger, summer pizza, beer Moretti. In the end, a restaurant that deserves multiple visits. 15/20
