The Carvery Sandwich Shop

On a different visit, I explored their regular menu, which has numerous enticing options. I tried the Cubano and, though I'm no expert, it truly blew me away! The roasted mojo pork shoulder with garlic, cumin, oregano, and citrus, paired with smoked ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard on a Cuban loaf, was so delicious it nearly brought me to tears. This sandwich should definitely be on your bucket list! I also ordered a Lambwich Panini to take away, which was a treat as well. It featured tender pulled lamb shoulder, chimichurri, sunny feta spread (which I think was feta?), and greens on ciabatta. Very enjoyable! Be sure to check their menu, but don’t forget about their daily specials—like Taco Tuesday and a Ham, Macaroni, and Cheese Sandwich special I spotted during my visit. It’s definitely worth the effort to find!

I’ve been visiting The Carvery since it first opened and have never been disappointed. You can really taste the freshness of all the ingredients they use.

I was visiting Canada and came across this restaurant online. I decided to check it out, and I was absolutely blown away! I ordered the Reuben sandwich and the chicken buffalo chowder soup, and both were hands down the best sandwich and soup I've ever had in my life! If you’re ever in British Columbia, this place is a must-visit!

Sandwiches cover the basics and offer some new inventive options.  Lots of rotating specials.  Sandwiches are fresh and delicious.  Service is very friendly and genuine.

Went here a few weeks ago sandwich was so good glad I didn't get the soup sandwich was so big and full of fresh roasted meat wouldn't have been able to eat a soup as well<br/
