I used this business as a drop-off point, but they stopped paying after the contract ended. When I tried to reach out to them, they completely ignored me. Overall, they are unprofessional, unreliable, and have poor customer service.

Excellent customer service! I rarely have a shopping experience that ends so positively. I ordered meals and requested delivery to one of their partner locations. When I arrived, however, the store was closed. I called Nutrition Fit Plus customer service and spoke with Danica, who was incredibly kind and understanding. She made several attempts to contact the partner, but without success. The following day, I was reached out to and offered delivery to my home. My order was delivered to me the next day at no charge. A big thank you to the whole team for their outstanding work! Now I just need to taste the meals, which look very promising! This was my first purchasing experience, and it's definitely not going to be my last!

I absolutely love the customization options available. You can choose less protein or more, add extras if you're feeling fancy, and all of this without breaking the bank, while still eating healthy. I can’t stand restaurants with massive menus—I'd rather they focus on what they do well instead of trying to offer everything and doing it poorly! My order was flawless—everything was accounted for. And the packaging? Wow! Everything was so fresh! The ice packs inside keep everything cool when I pick it up in the evening after work. Plus, when I called customer service, I actually spoke to a real person without having to navigate through endless menus. They were super friendly, too! Now, let's talk about the food—it's absolutely delicious! Even my mom, who’s Bengali and cooks everything herself, enjoyed it, which is a big deal. She’s notoriously picky and rarely eats out. I once made a dish she deemed too bland, but she loved this food! It's officially mom-approved! Okay, the basmati rice might not be *quite* as good as my mom’s, but it's definitely among the best—like what you'd find at a good Indian restaurant (looking at you, Bombay Mahal!). NutritionFitPlus, if you want to learn how to make the fluffiest, most delicious basmati rice, I’m happy to invite you to my mom's kitchen to learn from the master! The choice of vegetables is fantastic—everything is fresh and vibrant. This service has saved me so much time in the kitchen. I love cooking, but it removes the stress of figuring out dinner while allowing me to experiment with recipes I might not usually have time for. It’s like a breath of fresh air! This is the real deal !! This is the future !! I order this food 2 weeks ago just to try it, and every one of them was freaking delicious. With my busy lifestyle I don't have time to cook so this is a beautiful alternative to eat healthy. Packaging is well designed, food stays fresh, comes with ice packs to be sure it doesn't heat during transport. Please continue your beautiful work and keep the quality going.

Je n'ai pas encore acheté les plats Nutrition FIt Plus. Cependant, j'ai eu le plaisir de parler avec un des fondateurs et il m'a traité comme si j'étais un client de longue date. J'ai aussi parlé avec d'autres employés et j'ai eu droit à la même gentillesse. Ces deux interactions m'ont fait vouloir devenir un fan de raving ! Je n'ai aucun doute que le produit est excellent si cette entreprise a une telle chaleur humaine! Bravo !
