Cliffside - Saint George

With temperatures soaring into the 80s, we opted to dine on the terrace and savor lunch. The view from here in St. George is fantastic. We enjoyed some wine along with a hefty 22-ounce beer. My wife ordered a grilled cheese and ham sandwich, which came with a generous serving of fries. I chose the butternut squash soup topped with roasted almond slices. The meal was accompanied by a warm slice of freshly baked sourdough bread. The service was impeccable.

Incredible food and service! The salmon was incredibly tasty—so tender and light! The coconut noodles were also a highlight. The attached hotel is clean and features lovely rooms.

The food we ordered was fantastic. The only issue was that the Chicken Fried Chicken seemed to be cooked a bit too long, giving it a slightly burnt appearance. My sister didn't mind, though. The Four Cheese Pear Pasta was elevated by its delicious sauce. The service was exceptional as well. It's an excellent spot for treating someone to stunning views, outstanding service, and delicious food. It was quite windy when we visited, so we requested to be seated indoors, and the staff was very accommodating.

The best part of this restaurant is the view. Wait the staff is great. Food is good, but not above the top. Lemonades are top notch. Calamari has Jalapenos so not for people who don't care about spices. Coconut shrimp has really good taste. Burger is good, but not epic.

The food is just as amazing as the views. The salmon as well as the pear and cheese pasta are unique dishes that compliment the atmosphere. Be sure to have reservations in advance. Only beer and wine available. The home made carrot cake is a unique take, a dense yet very moist cake that can be shared by two. Enjoy with a coffee!
