Premier Inn Newquay (a30/fraddon)

The staff were really friendly the room was clean well presented it was really warm in the room even with the fan on if your really picky there was a water damage mark on the cieling but it was clean an all the facilities were there and the stay was very comfortable for all of us the pub on the same site is very nice good food friendly staff all in all would highly recommend Rooms: Very comfortable nice bed clean tidy all facilities needed Nearby activities: You are right next to th A30 so easy to get anywhere and Newquay is less than 20 mins away Safety: Lots of clearly marked easily accessible fire escapes and ground floor was flat so easy for wheelchair accessibility Food drinks: Pub on site serves nic food at good prices in a nice atmosphere with friendly staff

A little bit 'tired ' a little bit 'smelly '! Had the window open, but then it was 'noisy ' , as right next to a busy road shopping outlet! Avoid having breakfast at the restaurant if staying at a weekend....like 'feeding time at a zoo '!! Rooms: 2 Service: 3 Location: 2

Really disappointed. Curtains with holes in and hanging off the rail, dusty shelving, and very very creaking floors not only in our room but the one above. So obviously if the person above is an early riser that's the end of your nights sleep. We've used this place for years but I'm afraid it is now very sad. Rooms: 1 Service: 4 Location: 5
