Kfc - Saint Croix Falls

I went through the drive-through about a 1/2 hour ago and ended up getting a toenail in my famous bowl This place is definitely unsanitary. Definitely wouldn't go here ????????

We placed an online order and quickly received a phone call informing us that they were out of chicken breast and thighs. Instead, they offered us chicken strips as a substitute. Although we were disappointed that our original choices weren't available, the excellent customer service more than made up for it! Keep up the good work.

We have visited this restaurant multiple times and it has remained the same. The building is in need of a complete renovation, both inside and out. It is never busy, likely due to lacking curb appeal. I ordered my food from a friendly and pleasant server. I forgot to ask for extra gravy on my bowl, but she had it already prepared and willingly took it back to add the gravy. This level of attentive service is rare to find in fast food establishments nowadays and was refreshing to see.

Carter was cleaning the dining room and kept us company while we were there. He was friendly and stayed focused on his tasks. Both Ethan and Carter were kind, upbeat, and always had a smile on their faces. Carter even spoke highly of his job at the restaurant and mentioned the catering services they offer. He told us about the large catering box that feeds about 16 people. Overall, my son and I had a great experience at the restaurant. It was clean, the staff was courteous, and we will definitely be returning in the future.

The restaurant does not open on time, and the employees are in need of training. The chicken was overcooked and overall, the establishment was not clean.
