So cuisine is a wonderful juicy and take out the ice cream that offers a unique selection of organic raw dishes, desserts and superfoods. the owners are a young couple, sophie and raph. they are very friendly, passionate about nutrition and know. they speak well English. the place is small but very pleasant with limited seating in the interior. their daily cold squeezed juices, lunchboxes and salads change daily and are loaded with superfoods. everything is absolutely tasty, super kreatiw and very fresh. rohe desserts are great! her chocolate celestial raw cake is the best I ever had (and I tried many before). they also have an impressive selection of superfoods to go with the pre-assembled on each package. the 'eatery is located near the beach of st jean, after the airport. parking is very easy. cuisine is therefore a must!

I am truly thrilled to have discovered this place: a cozy restaurant with a great ambiance, well-equipped for dining in or takeout. The owners, a lovely and friendly couple, offer delicious, healthy, and high-quality food. I think it's a fantastic concept to promote good health through food options. I am a fan! There are plenty of vegan choices at this restaurant, including dishes made with vegan feta cheese. I especially liked the artichoke salad, although I found the chia pudding to be just okay. It's great to have healthy salad options available here!

There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options (even desserts!) available at this restaurant. The quality of the food makes it feel like a vegan establishment first and foremost. The dishes are fresh, invigorating, and never disappoint the taste buds. It definitely deserves a 5-star rating.
