Bonito St Barth - Saint-Barthelemy

Bonito has recently reopened after being affected by the hurricane in September 2017, and it is just as fantastic as before. In a place known for its incredible food options, Bonito manages to stand out. Make sure not to miss it.

The food was incredible and the drinks were exceptional! I even had a drink for dessert to sample more of their offerings. The presentation was gorgeous and the flavors were delicious. The atmosphere was beautiful and the service and food were top-notch. This restaurant is my favorite in St. Bart's - it had everything! The decor and views were also amazing.

Best restaurant on the island and has been for 10 years!

My husband and I made a reservation to celebrate our one year anniversary. We requested a table with a view and called to ensure we would get a good table with a view. We were told over the phone that they would have a special table with a beautiful view for our anniversary dinner celebration. When we arrived a blonde hostess was extremely rude and fully unaccommodating. She gave us a table with a view of a roof. We thought it was a joke but in fact they were giving us a table with only a view of a roof. I asked the hostess for another table and reminded her that we had not only made this special request on open table but we also called to ensure they would accommodate us with a beautiful table with a view especially since it was for our anniversary. The hostess said "This is your only option. I have a few other tables with water views available but will need them at 9:00pm. Keep in mind our reservation was for 7:30 pm and we arrived early at 7:15 pm. The hostess had a horrible attitude and was completely disgusting! Never ever ever go to Bonito. The menu was not great and completely overpriced. There are MANY excellent restaurants in St. Bart 's so be sure not to select this one. After ordering drinks in hopes of the hostess checking for a better table she told us she would not offer any of the EMPTY tables available with a water view. We were so disgusted that we paid for our drinks and left immediately. We ended up at On the Rocks with an incredible view and amazing dinner!
