Contribuiți la feedbackThey are supposed to open at 7 am, at 9:15 I showed up, interrupted there breakfast, they told they would open in 30 minutes, never saw anyone the rest of time!
I stood there for a good 2 minutes ready to order and watched 4 workers (1 manager), 2 of each talking to each other at each end of the bar, I was right in the middle curve. I was never acknowledged until I gave a slight ‘wave and hellooo’. There was 2 people at the bar, 2 on the ledge and 2 at a table.unbelievable that I was ignored! Can’t rate the food because I left. Service: 1
The worst service I’ve ever received. The place is understaffed so I get that there is only so much the two servers can do. However, the service wasn’t just slow it’s non existent. We sat at a table for 20 minutes and were not acknowledged at all. They definitely saw us sitting there. My husband finally stood at the bar to order that was another 15 minutes. I still haven’t gotten my water, now 40 minutes in. We had two hours before our flight. Hopefully we get food before we need to board. Service: 1
We sat down and were there for about 20 minutes and none of the employees even glanced in our direction. We had plenty of time before our flight and decided to wait, but we watched 8-10 other people come in and recieve the same treatment who gave up and left. I think one person even pre-paid for food that he never recieved before having to leave to catch a flight- hopefully he can do a charge back on his credit card. The restaurant wasn't that full but the bartender couldn't be bothered to even acknowledge us, and another employee seemed to be there only to chat with the bartender and ask how to do basic tasks. We finally also gave up and left without so much as a water, and went to Gordon Biersch further up the terminal where we were greeted by a server before we were even done sitting down- definitely recommend that place over this one. On our way to Vegas, we decided to stop grab a beer and a drink at the bar. I grabbed hazy little thing IPA and my lady wanted to grab a cocktail drink, service lady behind the counter was complaining that there is so many people that came to bar at once. Not sure why, so I grabbed my IPA, my lady asked her if she can make a drink for her, she said no. What ever in the menu she can make. So my lady told her I want this one from the menu she said no, than she said what would you like vodka and what cranberry, I personally don’t get it. Why have a bartender if they can’t make what’s in the menu or, what’s in the menu can’t be made. Blows my mind. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
