Pizza Hut - Saddle Brook

I tried to place an order over the phone and I was placed on hold for more than 20 minutes.Another time I placed an order online and wanted to update my order with a small change so I called the location just to be put on hold for another 30 mins. I spoke to the employee and he confirmed he has the change added to the order. By the time I was provided with the old order and when I told them I called to remind about the change he told me to wait another 50 mins to get the updated order.Would not recommend going here again.

The The rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced not only that I pre-pay for my order. When I got there, they gave me my food, then chased me out the door and told me no we refunded it and it’s actually gonna be more money when I already paid for my order will never be going back.

Pure Garbage Service , I placed an order on line-over 20m minutes late and I am down the block from them -EmbarrassingI told the filthy girl on phone to cancel and she did not even care .Never again -Stay away from that filthy pizza hut that girl I spoke to must be smelly and filthy and does'nt even care

I had ordered a cheese pizza with onions and EXTRA CHEESE. When I got the pizza it was clear that they did not put extra cheese and still I got charged for it. I called customer service hoping for a refund, they put me on hold for a long time, I called again, still put me on hold for a long time. The atmosphere is dead. There is very few people working and little to no people in the restaurant. I don't know what has happened, it used to be so nice.

Can't eat inside anymore but still that OG pizza hut taste!
