The Painted Pony Bar and Grill

Very cozy warm feeling place. The menu has a great variety and the prices are reasonable. I had the steak sandwich, it was flavorful the caramelized onions were done perfect. I loved the salt and pepper seasoning on the fries,was a nice touch 'for me ' . The owner ,Kathy Beal, has the charm and spunk that any restaurant would love to have.

The staff is super friendly and the food always comes fast. Their cob salad is hands down the best salad around. We love to go there for our weekly lunches! I can only recommend the painted pony.

I have to say that we ate here for the first time last week and it was amazing!! We had the wings and they were sooooo good. I had the salmon and it was cooked to perfection! My husband had the lasagna which was made from scratch and absolutely delicious! Our friends had the Maple Glazed Chicken and loved it. I would say the best food I have eaten in a very long time. The veggies were cooked to perfection and I loved the basket of fresh bread and cinnamon butter. I would highly recommend.

The service was great, the food was excellent. Great place in the heart of down town.
