The eggs benedict with salmon was disappointing, as were all the other dishes we tried. The food just didn't taste good.

The Roost is inconsistent, with some dishes being outstanding and others just plain eccentric.

This is the best Eggs Benedict I've ever had. Everything is made from scratch, including the bread which they bake using wheat grown on their own farm.
