First met Chef Poe Earnest when he catered an event for Gianni Buonomo winery. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. We had a vegetarian four course menu, and Chef Poe or his sous chef Carlos described each course. He has been a trained chef for 18 years, and looks like he specializes in healthy, vegetarian and vegan food, but can prepare a wide range of items. Our tasting menu included a mushroom stuffed w/ risotto, mushroom bruschetta two ways, a mushroom salad and mushroom pasta. Look forward to another event w/ Chef Poe! Wow! Flavors are OUT OF THIS WORLD! Perfect portions, bold and complex varieties. I have had the pleasure of multiple visits to their pop up events around San Diego. From a decked out specialty grilled cheese, to the Ramen bowl of my dreams, I loved each and every creation. Love love this this food. This chef is absolutely amazing. I have ate his food on numerous occasions and events and it never disappoints. Rather you looking for something hearty or a vegan this is the chef for you. Never disappoints and goes above and beyond to make it happen. Never hurts that the food is absolutely amazing!!
