Cava - Rye Brook

The rice and falafel were undercooked, the green sauce and hummus were extremely salty. My order was not ready on time and the staff was extremely rude in their response.

Skimpy portions of protein and veggies too many pita chips and tomato felt like a tomato pita salad. Not like when I order in person. Hardly any lettuce greens and I ordered the salad!

Cava reminds me of a Mediterranean chipotle. I love the hummus, rice and the Pita bread. so good together in a bowl.

Cava has tons of vegan options, the format is similar to chipotle in as they choose what they want. I thought the prices, portions and eating were really good! the paper menus they have provided highlight the vegan options with a w. the personal is about the options vegan as well as know. pretty much everything they expect to be vegan is so there are not many surprises there!

It is great if it is not vegan / vegetarian. there are options for both, so everyone is happy. I wish they had at least one more dive option.
