Starbucks - Ruston

This is definitely the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a Trenta Pink Drink with no ice or strawberries. The barista initially filled my drink with half a cup of ice and then realized my order didn’t include ice. She poured the drink into a different cup and removed the ice before handing it to me. To my surprise, the cup was only half full. When I mentioned that I ordered a Trenta, not a Grande, she explained that it was that way because I didn’t want ice. Excuse me?! I understand there are new policies, but these drinks are too expensive to not receive what I ordered. I took a picture as evidence and will be contacting management about this. This is simply unacceptable.
