Chili's Grill - Ruston

The food was very good, but the service was awful. We waited forever to get simple things like drinks sauce. Our waiter would ask if we needed anything but then go to take people’s orders before getting them to us. We even had to wait a while to pay and get to-go-box’s.

The burger was burnt, the onions and mushrooms were uncooked, when they were supposed be sautéed, it's on the menu sautéed, not something I requested. The tomato has stem, I rarely eat there, this is why.

Our server was rude about having to refill drinks the first round. We were seated by the kitchen and could literally hear the staff cussing and complaining about scheduling and other things over the mysic and our own conversation. Definitely NOT kid friendly environment

I have given Chili's a not so good rating before. They now obviously have a new team working there! The service was excellent. Very curtious. The food came out quick and was delicious!!!

Was very disappointed in this Chili’s. We have been before but this time we waited up from a few mins. I went to restroom came back and my husband and kid were still not seated after being looked at. No welcome or anything. When I got back a lady walked up front never spoke to us. We walked out they never tried to stop us to seat us anything. It wasn’t busy as it was 11:10am
