Contribuiți la feedbackI visited the drive-through today and experienced a significant wait of almost 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I accidentally drove past the order point, which was my mistake. When I reached the window, I apologized for my error, but encountered a rude, gum-chewing employee who informed me that I would have to rejoin the back of the line. I asked if I could simply order a black coffee at that moment, but was informed that the manager had prohibited this. When I requested to speak to the manager, I was informed that she was not present and that the gum-chewing employee I was speaking to was actually the supervisor. My review is not about the policy regarding taking orders at the window, as that was my mistake. However, I was disappointed by the disrespectful attitude and poor customer service I received. Costa, please invest more in training your staff in customer service.
Horrible experience. The restaurant had no coffee or hot chocolate, citing a lack of delivery. They only had tea, which was served with hot water in a disposable cup. There was barely any food available. Even worse was the restroom area... The floor was wet, the seat was broken, there was minimal hot water, and the door lock was broken.
My friend and I were each fined £100 at the restaurant! When we went to Costa to show our proof of purchase, we were informed that Costa could not assist us and that we needed to contact the private parking company instead.
Be careful, you’ll get stung for a large parking even with a blue badge holder who parks in the provided space.
Terrible service, staff member barked at as as though we were in drive through when in the cafe, had no time for customers and ran out of saucers for the coffees! It wasn't even that busy! Worst experience from a Costas yet.
