Contribuiți la feedbackTerrible customer service. I was charged for a tip that the driver wrote on the reception, although I gave him a cash tip and his exact amount that I charged. Keep an eye on the transactions made in this business I no longer trust them the manager tried not even to fix the problem, except to offer me credit for it instead of repaying the top amount. Like I'd like to order from them again. It's about the principle. I had to contact the company because it was bad. I was polite until he obviously didn't try to help.
Shows the best Dominos location I've ever had. Not only are all my orders coming 10 minutes earlier when they say all my orders are hot and DELICIOUS. Big kudos to the management and employee. Place of publication.
Dominos Pizza is fine, it's just that I ordered from online and there is a certain pizza order and every time I order it, it smells the youngest that I had order smells like chlorine or bleach. And I don't understand why it smells like that. Also, they have made this two times to me, pizza that has already been made, and I guess has been sitting somewhere for a very long time cuz when I come home, I can say there is a smell like again, there should be no smell until two days as long as you keep it fresh it should not be good the next day it smells, that is not good.
I called my order. I went to pick up my order, was recognized and immediately helped. My pizza was ready in 15 minutes. Hard working and friendly staff. Will be back. Thank you!
I ordered from this location as I've done for many years and I never have had a problem. I ordered the 2 for $5.99 and ordered one pizza and a Philly cheese steak sandwich. The person who took the order ask me what sauce and toppings I wanted on both. I said one's a sandwich and the other is a pizza. The order came and it was 2 pizzas, one with steak on it. I called the store and Justin the store manager answered telling me hedh send the sandwich. I said just credit my card and he said we don't do that . I said send me a giant cookie which is the same price as the sandwich and 2 for 2 is 2 for 2, any two on their list. He said I could have the sandwich and I said I don't want the sandwich now just send the cookie and he said I'm trying to get something free and forget it. I said I'm going to call corporate and he said call anybody you want your not getting the cookie. I said send the sandwich and when it came threw it right in the trash because he Justin the manager) probably spit on it. I did call corporate this morning and reported the situation. If you're going to be an absentee owner Christa) then you better have somebody who's gonna take care of your business like you would because nobody cares about your business like you. Remember when you make a customer happy they don't tell anybody because that's expected but **** one customer off and they tell EVERYBODY! Have fun in the unemployment line Justin.
